Haile Hideaway Suite

Enjoy privacy in this cozy suite in Gainesville’s Haile Plantation. Separate from the main house, it features a private entrance, plush queen bed, vanity, desk, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, ceiling fan, and fast WiFi. Guests have private parking, plus access to the yard, deck, and miles of walking trails. A mile away, the community center offers a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurants, perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay. We are a short drive to the University of Florida.

Guest apartment, attached to the main house, has two bedrooms (3 beds), a full bathroom, full kitchen, sleeper sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. Also located near many springs and state parks. We are 20 minutes from Gainesville, 10 minutes from High Springs and Newberry, and very close to interstate 75. 10 acres of safe, private, gated property with ample parking. Surrounded by nature, you will feel renewed, perfect for you! (13 miles away of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Gainesville FL).

Welcome to our Enchanted Forest Guest Suite! Enjoy this serene studio with lots of natural light and green all around it. Located in the heart of Gainesville. Wether you are a medical profesional, visiting the springs, attending a game at UF or going to the major hospitals in town, this location is perfect for you. Located near the I-75, 5 minutes away from the Oaks mall, 10 minutes away from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the University of Florida campus and UF Health Shands Hospital.

Wooded Oasis: Blue Room-4 miles to UF

Elegant and spacious, the Blue Room is a private master bedroom suite located within a subdivided residential home. Your entrance from the outdoors into the main foyer space is shared with other guests. Up the stairs and to the right is your suite, the Blue Room, and to the left is another guest suite. Quiet wooded place located off a main road in town between the Airport and Santa Fe College. NO SMOKING inside. Arriving during daylight hours is recommended. It’s dark at night.

Private In-Law Suite - 1 mile from UF campus

This suite is just over one mile from the University of Florida campus as well as Downtown. Shands and the VA hospitals are approximately 2 miles away. The unit has just been completely refurbished and offers a private bedroom, bathroom, guest entrance, A/C and parking. The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.

Private Garden Studio

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
