This apartment was an old factory, rebuilt in 2020 and has a 4-meter ceiling (13 feet). Everything you need is in this cozy and cool small big place. The living room is equipped with a projector that projects straight onto the big white wall, and with the connected Chromecast, you can transform the room into a cinema. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.

There is no kitchen/cooking facilities, however there is a fridge/water kettle/coffee maker/microwave/some plates/cutlery/glasses etc, and many great take-away options in the area.

Come live in a park! Fresh apartment with parking outside (street) and possibility for charging your vehicle. Very fast and easy by car or bus/train to get to the city or anywhere.
