The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

It is nestled in an orchard of fruit trees, blackberry bushes, and flower gardens. If you enjoy walking, there is a path that will lead you through 10 acres of forest, full of huckleberry bushes, ferns, large trees, and lovely streams.

Charming and modern styled a-frame house across from the beach and walkabout to local shops and restaurants. Professionally cleaned, laundered, and surfaces sanitized between guests. Please Note: As of Labor Day 2022, they're building a house on the vacant lot next door. While we haven't had any complaints, there may be construction noise.
