We are offering a rare opportunity for people to host parties or gatherings of any nature overlooking the sea with us in our beautiful rustic shipping container. We are happy to host bucks shows, hens, weddings or birthdays just make contact with us and let us know what you want to do and we will do our best to accommodate. Best of Both Worlds Studio Apartment

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

Our spa luxury, hillside mud brick gallery retreat is perfect for memorable stays with friends or large families with room for up to 20 guests. Surrounded by 20 acres of farmland and native scrub our property is secluded, yet only 30 mins to Adelaide City, the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa, the Coast and 5 minutes to all modern conveniences. Emmlot Farm is perfect for 7 couples or 14 guests offering 7 separate Bedrooms with king/queen/double beds. (6 extra single beds can be set up upon request).

Guests also can access the 4WD park for the duration of their stay.

Located within 6 kilometers of Woodside and minutes away from renowned wineries and restaurants such as Bird in Hand, Barristers Block, Petaluma, and Lobethal Road. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.
