We designed this elegant, functional apartment emphasising in quality furniture providing you a unique hospitality experience. We chose new, comfortable, luxury material and design furniture and also state-to-the-art electrical appliances. All bedding are made of natural materials such as egyptian cotton and goose feathers for the winter quilt. All of them are Oeko-Tex certified. In the apartment you will find a 55 inch 4K Ultra HD TV . You will have fast WIFI connection troughout the apartment.

Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι ή μικρές οικογένειες έως 3 ή 4 άτομα (1 διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 καναπές-κρεβάτι), βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, 5’ λεπτά από τον σταθμό του τραίνου και 400 μέτρα από το κοσμοπολίτικο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς, με τα περιζήτητα καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και καφέ. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και οι σύγχρονες ανέσεις δημιουργούν έναν φιλόξενο χώρο, έτοιμο να σας υποδεχθεί.

Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).

Relax on the newly built ground floor elegant house with private entrance, parking and garden. The access to the private back yard is close to nature. The garage door and the armored door of the house guarantee safety. Electric shutters and double glazing maintain a very good temperature inside the house. Our neighborhood is ideal for walks. Supermarket stores, cafes, drug stores can be reached in a few minutes. Two avenues give immediate access to the National and Attiki road.
