This beach house, built in 2024, features 3 bedrooms (queen bed), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large outdoor area for dining and a small outdoor lounge. On the second floor, you have a spacious terrace with views of the sea and its one-of-a-kind sunsets. For the afternoon heat, you have access to the pool, and additional features will be added soon.

A place by the beach on playa Mira Flores. Great for surfing, watching the sunset, walking, birding and enjoying the tropical paradise. This is a perfect hideaway located on an estuary at the mouth of the Pacific Ocean. The views are incredible! Complete with a pool, kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, and an acre of private property. Personal taxi service from airport or Managua to the property for an additional fee.

Cabin in the Forest

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
